Erstattungsrichtlinie

1. Purpose

This refund policy of autocertif.com aims to define the conditions under which customers may obtain a refund of their payments. It applies to all the services offered on the site, namely:

• the 2-day trial period at the rate of 3.99€ ;
• the renewable monthly subscription at the rate of 49.99€ per 30-day period.

2. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.

This right of withdrawal applies to all payments made, including the trial period fees and the subscription monthly instalments.

3. Refund eligibility

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

• Trial period (3.99€ ): refundable upon request made within 14 days following payment.
• Monthly subscription (49.99€ ): each monthly instalment is refundable upon request made within 14 days following the date the relevant instalment was charged.
• Beyond 14 days: no refund may be granted for a payment whose execution date is more than 14 days ago.

4. Refund request process

To make a refund request, the customer must follow the steps below:

• Contact customer service via the contact form available on autocertif.com, specifying the purpose of the request.
• Customer service will acknowledge receipt of the request and may, where appropriate, request additional information (e-mail address associated with the account, date of the relevant payment).
• Once the request is validated, the refund will be processed under the conditions described below.

5. Refund deadline

Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 working days.

6. Refund method

The refund will be made via the same means of payment as that used during the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to another refund method.

7. Subscription cancellation

The customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal area or by contacting customer service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period already paid for. No additional charge will be made after cancellation.

8. Policy modification

autocertif.com reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any modification will be published on the site and will come into force from its date of publication. Pending refund requests will be processed according to the policy applicable on the date of the relevant payment.
