Each report is emailed to you immediately and, if you have a free account, stored in your dashboard under “My Reports”. From there you can view, download, or re-share any certified report at any time.

Yes. A receipt is sent by email after every purchase, and a full invoice is available from your account dashboard. Business clients can add their company details and VAT number so invoices are issued ready for their accounting.

Every certified report is backed by our satisfied-or-refunded guarantee. If your report contains incomplete or inaccurate data, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support with your order number. Full conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.

If you hold a subscription plan, you can cancel at any time from your account dashboard under “Billing”, or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops any future renewal; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Yes. Payments are handled by a trusted, certified payment provider over an encrypted connection, and we never store your full card details on our own systems. Your transaction is protected at every step.

Bundles let you purchase several certified checks in advance at a reduced per-report price. They are ideal for buyers comparing multiple vehicles, and for professionals. Your remaining credits are visible in your account and never expire while your account is active.
